On September 30, the METRO AI Summit 2026 convened in Düsseldorf under the theme "Make AI tangible, relevant and actionable," linking teams across Düsseldorf, Bucharest and Pune.
Alongside Roboverse Reply, Illeon brought the humanoid robot Agibot A3 onto the floor for live operational demos.
Enterprise systems track stock and orders, but physical handling remains manual. The Agibot A3 demo focused on closing this gap by translating system commands directly into physical sorting and manipulation tasks within existing facility layouts. Conversations with METRO teams centered on where humanoid systems can handle repetitive movement in logistics and retail without rebuilding the infrastructure.
Putting humanoids into production requires more than standalone hardware. It depends on reliable simulation, enterprise software integration and purpose-built toolchains. Partnering with Roboverse Reply DE allowed us to demonstrate this complete pipeline live on site.
